1961 Chevrolet Impala

61’ impala in for airbags as well as some mechanical repairs. The client requested a “fast” system which we were able to deliver on using 1/2 inch lines, higher PSI and 1/2 inch valves. @airide_suspension_supplies brackets paired with @slam_specialties_ airbags were used, front shocks relocated and replaced, twin @viaircorp 444c compressors on our custom compressor brackets with hardlines were installed. We then used a 5 gal tank, remote switch box and twin gauges to finish up the install.

Mechanically we had noticed the steering shaft used was incorrect (and actually fell off 😬) so a new shaft was made and installed as well as the correct @flamingriverusa billet steering uni, the power steering fluid was also topped up.
Other issues such as a noisy alternator, loose belts and exhaust manifold gaskets were also found and rectified making the motor a lot quieter and safer too!
